How Restaurant Interlude is redefending British Fine Dining.

“I can’t help but feel like everything—and I mean everything—happening at Leonardslee has the potential to redefine fine dining in the UK.”
“Restaurant Interlude at Leonardslee Gardens. When entrepreneur Penny Streeter OBE bought Leonardslee Gardens in 2017, it was overgrown, forgotten, and in desperate need of restoration. Despite being Grade I listed, most people saw a history project. Streeter saw potential; as well as taking on the largest-ever garden restoration in England, she would also open a vineyard, a boutique hotel, and a restaurant that would force people to rethink fine dining altogether.”
“I am extremely proud of my heritage and want to showcase it as much as possible,” says Delport, “along with our beautiful 240-acre woodland estate. I think the balance of these two things forms my main identity.”
