A unique event
Table Talk Foundation fundraiser events are always a gastronomic delight. Their next event goes one step further, as a feast for your eyes too.
Join them and Executive Chef Jean Delport from Michelin star Restaurant Interlude at 18:00 on Tuesday 11 October at the BA i360, Brighton, as they bring together the contemporary and culinary arts.
The event starts with a drinks reception amongst The Sussex Contemporary 2022 exhibition with a private view of up to 200 artworks from Sussex artists. All artwork is for sale and a percentage of sales goes directly to the charity.
Next, take your seats for a one-of-a-kind menu. We have paired four Michelin Star chefs with four leading contemporary artists to create your dinner. Each artist will create a unique piece that the chef will use to inspire their dish.
Starter: Tony Parsons X Jean Delport, Restaurant Interlude *
Fish course: San B X Adam Handling, Frog by Adam Handling *
Main course: Beth Cullen Kerridge X Sarah Hayward, The Coach *
Dessert: James William Murray X Glen Sharman, Le Manoir **
Each course will be paired with wines from Berkmann Wine Cellars.
At the end of the meal the four unique pieces of art will be up for auction giving you an opportunity to own some fantastic art and support the charity.
