Floral Fringe Fair

Join us for a quirky, quality, family-friendly event with a vintage twist. 

Dogs on leads are welcome.  

Taking place over the weekend of 4 – 5 June 2022 at Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens, the Floral Fringe Fair is a high quality, friendly and eclectic fair which includes a variety of contemporary craft & food stalls all organised by Jean and Steve Jackman.

£10 per adult 

£5 per child aged under 14

Free for children aged under 4

15% Leonardslee Members Discount

Please note that the Floral Fringe Fair is a separate event and requires a separate fair entry ticket to attend. Should you wish to explore the gardens before or after the Floral Fringe Fair, garden entry or a Leonardslee membership is required in addition to the Floral Fringe Fair ticket.

The fair encourages people to work on the fringes of their gardens making them enticing places for wildlife to thrive. We promote and have many wildlife stalls where we aim to educate visitors on wildlife conservation from their very own garden.

Wildlife stalls 

Local food stalls  

Visitors can look forward to a variety of food stalls to satisfy everyone's tastes. There are stalls that cater to vegetarians, vegans and coeliac. 

  • Light lunches and cream teas 

  • Burgers cooked over charcoal 

  • Galettes 

  • Pizzas made while you wait 

  • Flatbreads and salads, 

  • And a gin, wine and beer tent 

Craft stalls 

Local crafts from Sussex, Surrey and Kent will be available for purchase: 

  • Woodcuts 

  • Felt textiles 

  • Jewellery stalls  

  • Photography & art stalls 

  • Home interior items including cushions, prints and wooden items 

Classic & Vintage Cars 

Expect displays of a collection of classic and vintage cars as well as the odd vintage caravan where a stallholder or two will be working from. 

No need to register to bring a classic pre-1979 car. You will be parked in the classic car park and offered a discounted ticket to enter the fair. 

Music & dancing 

Enjoy singing, dancing and music all weekend.
