Summer Scents: Votive Trio

Embrace the essence of summer with our serene 2-hour Votive Candle Workshop. Inspired by sunlit days and coastal breezes, you’ll explore seasonal scents like Portofino citrus, Driftwood, Pomelo & Basil, and Beach Walk. After a brief introduction to the art and science of candle making, you’ll blend your own fragrance, wick and pour three votive candles - each a handcrafted keepsake of summer designed to burn for up to 10 hours.

A peaceful 2-hour workshop designed to soothe the senses. Create three votive candles, choosing from serene scents like uplifting Joy, spa-like Lavender & Chamomile, or warm Sandalwood & Vanilla. Begin with a gentle introduction to the craft, then blend, wick, and pour your own fragrant candles. A quiet retreat to slow down, reconnect, and bring calm into your space. Each candle you make is designed to burn for up to 10 hours.

Craft three votive candles inspired by crisp days and golden light -think sweet Fig & Cassis, earthy Woodland, and warm, smoky Fireside. After a gentle introduction to the art of candle making, you’ll blend, wick, and pour your own autumnal trio - each one a fragrant reflection of fall’s comforting embrace. Each candle you make is designed to burn for up to 10 hours.

Craft three votive candles from a selection of festive scents - think Spiced Winter with cinnamon, clove and orange, Frozen Forest with pine and frosted berries, and Cosy Fireplace, a warm, smoky blend with hints of vanilla. You’ll be guided through the candle-making process from wax to wick, creating a trio of handcrafted votives - each one designed to burn for up to 10 hours and fill your home with the spirit of the season.

About Wax & Willow
Wax and Willow is a small, independent business created by Ursula Stockley, a passionate candle maker with a love of all things natural and beautiful.
She has always enjoyed filling her home with beautiful fragrance, and one day decided to take the plunge to learn the art of candle making. After taking classes with an Australian chandler, she began the process of making, experimenting and testing to refine her products until she was confident that she had created a truly exceptional candle range.
Being featured in House and Garden magazine and making exclusive ranges for companies as well as selling her products at various outlets.
Ursula’s candles are all hand made by herself with the finest natural ingredients including soy wax and highest cosmetic grade Fragrance oils. They are vegan, cruelty-free, and free of harmful chemicals. Offering a line of reed diffusers and room mists, all made with the same high-quality ingredients.
Loving the feeling of calm and peace that comes over you when making candles, enjoying the room fills with the scent of beautiful florals, woodland walks, or the spiciness of Christmas. Ursula would love to share that feeling with you.
Ursula offers fun and relaxed candle making workshops where you can create your own candles from a selection of seasonal scents. You'll have something to enjoy at home, and you'll also learn a new skill.
